Overview

This property is situated on the Kingsway (Highway 55), east of the downtown area. With the Trans-Canada Highway (Highway 17) within a 2-minute drive, this property is well located for guests looking to explore the area by car.

Both smoking and non-smoking accommodations are available. All rooms include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, a 37" or 42" flat screen TV, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a coffeemaker and a hair dryer. Select rooms also include cookware, dishes, a toaster and a kettle. Irons and ironing boards are available on request. Room entrances are wide enough for wheelchair access, however, rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are not available.

Free parking, with cold weather plug-ins, is available on site and pets are not permitted.

A free breakfast is served daily from 7:30 am to 9:30 am. This property does not have an on-site restaurant.

Other on-site amenities include fax and copy service, a guest BBQ and picnic area and vending machines.

Big-box shopping and the New Sudbury Centre shopping mall are both within a 7-minute drive. The downtown area, which is a 12-minute drive away, features dining, shopping, the Sudbury Theatre Centre and the Sudbury Arena.
