The Bad
As mentioned above, there weren't many reviews available online at the time this editorial was written. Of those consulted, however, guests showed negative responses towards the hotel's location and rooms.
Although lodgers were pleased with the hotel's proximity to the lake and water sports, a few reviewers criticized the hotel's location. They reported no swimming available on the property and also mentioned the cottages were spaced close together, creating a lack of privacy. One patron noted, "There is no swimming at this lake as very weedy and algae so description of beach may be misleading to those with children. close to town and could hear traffic and sirens so loses its 'cottage appeal'".
While some travellers were pleased with their clean and well-equipped cottages, a couple of guests had complaints about their accommodations. They reported worn decor and bathrooms as well as poor water pressure in the showers.
