The Bad
Some complaints surfaced in the reviews consulted for this analysis online.

A couple of guests complained about a lack of heat during their stay. One guest explained that he was given a room with no working heater (during cold weather in the spring) and when he went to the front desk to ask for a portable heater, the door to the office area was locked and there was nobody around to let him in. He was surprised that this had not been addressed when he had checked in and that a heater had not been placed in his room before his arrival. Another guest also found his room to be extremely cold.

One guest mentioned that the door to the front desk was locked when he attempted to check in and out and that the motel felt more like a private residence where they also happen to put up the occasional guest for the night. He felt that the comfort of the guests was not really a priority at this motel.

Noise disturbances were mentioned by a couple of guests, who reported being able to hear traffic noise at night in their rooms.

One guest mentioned being given a room with not  enough towels in the room for 4 persons, only for 2 and only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper and no kleenex. Another guest reported a stale odour in the room and an incomplete vacuuming job.
