Overview
Located about a 2-minute drive from Port Colborne's city centre just off Highway 5, LakeBreeze Niagara Bed & Breakfast is geared toward road travellers who prefer a centrally located hotel with a free breakfast, free Wi-Fi and easy highway access.
more Each of this smoke-free hotel's guest rooms comes equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a private entrance, cable TV, a DVD player, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a microwave and a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hair dryer. Rooms with a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, a gas fireplace, a living room with a sofabed and a separate bedroom are also available, as are rates with no breakfast included.
The hotel also offers guest laundry, a free breakfast and free parking. Pets are not permitted and while the hotel does not offer wheelchair-accessible rooms, one of its suites is located on the main floor.

Numerous guests were pleased with the level of customer service they received during their stay. They characterized the staff as friendly, accommodating, informative and knowledgeable about the area.
The hotel's breakfast was praised by many reviewers, who described it as excellent, varied, delicious and fresh. One patron remarked, "Gloria's breakfasts are the best I have even eaten, even at home! I love all the fresh, local fruit Gloria serves. I always feel well nourished and nurtured at the Lake Breeze, it is a real vacation".
Several lodgers enjoyed the hotel's location. They found it to be easily accessible and close to Welland, Lake Erie, restaurants, shopping and cycling.
The hotel's accommodations were complimented by several travellers. They described their rooms as spacious, clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated and cozy, with comfortable beds. One guest had a couple of complaints about his or her guest room, however (see below).

While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, one guest had a couple of complaints about his or her guest room: "Only complaints – no turndown service so the garbage filled up, the complimentary bathrobes were stained, and the ‘king’ bed was really 2 beds combined into one which could be difficult for you and your partner as you may fall into the crack!"
