Numerous guests were pleased with their accommodations at the hotel, describing their rooms as updated, clean, well equipped and well maintained, with very comfortable beds and pillows. One patron remarked, "We were delighted to see that the most important aspects had been upgraded. There was a heavenly king bed complete with soft pillows and duvet and the washroom had also been renovated to provide us with a hot shower".
