Overview
Located in the east end, near a number of big box stores and Ottawa's Industrial Park, and approximately a 12 minute drive to the downtown Ottawa area, this hotel is popular with guests who don't mind driving to access a number of attractions. Also given its proximity to the Ottawa General Hospital (less than a 10 minute drive) the hotel is also popular with families of patients.
more Guests have their choice of a number of different rooms with different bed types and configurations. There are non-smoking and smoking rooms available. In all rooms, guests can expect WI FI, a hair dryer, an iron and an ironing board, a coffeemaker and a 36-inch flat screen TV. On-site parking is complimentary, and pets are welcome free of charge. There is also an indoor heated pool.
There are a few restaurants nearby the hotel, but guests can dine on site at Broadway's Bar and Grill for breakfast, lunch and dinner, open Monday-Friday 6:30am-1:00am, Saturday 7:00am-1:00am and Sunday 7:00am-11:00pm.
This hotel is located next to the Trans Canada highway interchange (highway 417), and provides quick, direct access to main arteries.
There are a cluster of major attractions, including Parliament Hill, the Byward Market and the Rideau Canal, all reachable in less than a 15 minute drive. Also located in the east end, the Canadian Musuem of Science and Technology is about a 9 minute drive away.
