Guests very much enjoyed their stay.
Rooms were very clean, quiet and very spacious with comfortable beds.
The location was convenient to the highway, airport, with restaurants and shopping a short drive away. Guests also used it to access EY Centre.
Staff were described as very pleasant and helpful with fast check-ins.

Recent room complaints were: pillows not comfortable, mattress seemed old with little support, some beds squeaked, windows did not open, room too hot/too cold and was not able to adjust the temperature, TV was small, no safe, uncomfortable arm chair, blanket was not warm enough and room could use more furniture.
Noise affected guests on occasion. They complained about the bathroom fan, in-room heater, the elevator, the ice machine, the parking gate, sports teams and voices from guests in neighbouring rooms.
Other comments found were: cold air came into the restaurant from the hotel lobby doors, no room service for breakfast and pool was small.
