This hotel has fared a lot better in the reviews since it has been renovated, but there was still some negative feedback.more
Recent room complaints were: poor sound insulation between rooms, poor water pressure in a guest's shower, room too hot, carpets were not very clean, a stained couch, the smell of the disinfectants/deodorizer is too strong, Wi-Fi unbelievably slow, and lots of noise due to construction.
Recent hotel complaints were: elliptical trainer in fitness room not working, stair well floor tiles slippery when wet, no signs in the corridors indicating where the rooms are located.
Some guests objected to damage deposit holds placed on their credit cards.
Although some guests liked the restaurant on site, a few guests were disenchanted with it for not being open early enough in the morning, for slow service and only accepting cash. Other recent complaints were: tasteless coffee, hash browns tasted like old oil and dated furniture.
