The Bad
Some guests offered a little negative feedback.

Recent room complaints were: room was a little tired, carpets need cleaning, not enough hot water, room too hot, shower-mounted towel racks are low and have sharp edges and bed was smaller than expected and not that comfortable/too soft.

Noise affected guests on occasion. They could hear traffic along Gladstone Avenue, AC units and guests in nearby rooms or the halls.

Other comments found were: underground parking was a bit cramped and limited at times, no pool, no restaurant or lounge for relaxing, paper plates at breakfast and key cards kept failing to work.
