Rooms were very clean, tastefully decorated, spacious and quiet, with quality bed linens. Kitchens were fully stocked.
The location was well liked. It was an easy walk to restaurants and shopping and downtown attractions.
Staff were described as courteous, helpful, very friendly, and reliable.
Guests appreciated good value and reasonable rates at this hotel and many planned on returning.
Guests also liked: early check-ins, extra storage space in the suite, nice views, fun bags offered to children, fluffy white towels and the basket of fruit and filtered water available in the lobby.
