The Good
The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's staff, food and rooms.
Many lodgers praised the hotel's staff, finding them helpful, accommodating and friendly. One patron noted, "The staff, whether they be at the front desk, the lifeguards, the children's program supervisors, or the wait staff in the restaurant are helpful and friendly. They are clearly well trained and appear to really enjoy working there".
The hotel's restaurant was complimented by numerous reviewers, who described it as excellent, delicious and outstanding, with attentive service and excellent variety. One guest remarked, "One of the best aspects of the holiday was the amazing food and service. Nadia was our dedicated server and she got to know all of our preferences and did a wonderful job making our children feel special. The selection of food changed at every meal and every dish we had was fantastic. It was such a treat to go on vacation and not have to cook and clean".

The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints about the rooms and rates.
Although the majority of lodgers were pleased with their clean and well-equipped rooms, some guests had complaints about their accommodations. They reported dated decor, worn carpets and bedding, old TVs and musty odours. It was mentioned that some rooms had been updated and some had not.
A few reviewers were disappointed with the hotel's rates. They found them overpriced given the rundown state of the resort in general, stating that the hotel's common areas were in need of refurbishment.
