The Good
Guests really enjoyed their stays at this hotel, judging from recent reviews sourced for this analysis. Guests were excited and happy over several of the services and amenities offered as well as the value they received.
more It seems that everyone loved the staff and spoke of them favourably. Guests found excellent customer service with great housekeeping staff and efficient and super-friendly front desk personnel. They were called top notch, extremely friendly, outstanding and dedicated.
Location was another winning aspect of the hotel. Right off the highways, with supermarkets, a theatre and restaurants all a few minutes away, this was considered to be a great location. Some mentioned having Tim Hortons and Wendy's right outside the front door, in the hotel's parking lot. Others said Niagara Falls and downtown Toronto were easily accessible as well with such easy access to the highway.
Some guests were very happy to discover a free area shuttle at the hotel which allowed them to access the GO Train (Clarkson Station) for getting to downtown Toronto and nearby business and entertainment destinations.
Guests really liked the free breakfast buffet as well. Many found it to be a quality offering of hot and cold choices and considered it to be well stocked by kind and highly efficient staff.
Rooms were also typically enjoyed at the hotel for their cleanliness and spaciousness and some mentioned having comfortable beds.
Guests also spoke favourably about the pool facility, the Wi-Fi, the free coffee and tea in the lobby and ample parking on site.

There was some negative feedback, but not much in the way of common areas of complaint.

There were several isolated or one-time complaints which included: TV picture quality is poor, no ESPN channels, no microwave and tiny fridge in the room, wallpaper coming down in the breakfast room, noise transfer from neighbouring room, uncomfortable and older roll-a-way cot, bed too soft, desk chair stiff and uncomfortable, only cinnamon-flavoured batter for the waffles, no hot tub in the pool area and fitness room was too warm.
