The Good
The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's breakfast, rooms and staff.
The hotel's breakfast was praised by numerous reviewers, who described it as outstanding, delicious, abundant, fresh, incredible and varied. One patron remarked, "The breakfast started for us with a selection of meats/cheeses, pastries, and delicious jams, to a main dish (we were given input on the dish each prior day) that included eggs and Italian sausage, to a delightful dessert. Combine all of this with hot coffee, juices, and a bunch of other dishes I forgot (such as fresh fruits), you can see why breakfast is the signature of this B&B".
Many lodgers were pleased with their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, updated, nicely decorated and modern, with comfortable beds and linens and good water pressure. A couple guests complained of cold temperatures in their rooms, however.
Several travellers complimented the staff, characterizing them as attentive, kind and helpful with recommendations and directions. One guest noted, "Maria’s hospitable nature was overshadowed by her attentiveness and attention to detail. There was no need to ask for anything – she anticipated our every need". One guest did note they did not see the staff after checking in until the next morning and did not receive information about the local area, however.
