Many guests complimented the hotel's staff, characterizing them as accommodating, friendly, informative and helpful. One patron noted, "At 5:00 p.m. they invited us to share a glass of wine and answered our many questions about the area. Lou called to get us tickets to a local event and they provided us with tickets to taste wines at two local wineries".
The hotel's free breakfast was praised by numerous reviewers, who described it as excellent, delicious and fantastic. One guest remarked, "Breakfast was served at 9:00 a.m. - and was delicious! On the first morning we had Eggs Benedict and on morning number two we had apple/cinnamon French Toast".
