This B&B property is located within a 5-minute walk of the Lake Ontario waterfront. With only three guest rooms and an open concept layout, this property is well-suited for guests who prefer more intimate accommodations and interaction with the hosts.

This house is 100% smoke-free and all three rooms include free Wi-Fi, a TV, a sitting area, a mini-fridge, wine glasses and a corkscrew, an iron and ironing board, a heat fan, an en suite bathroom and a hair dryer. All rooms are furnished with one queen bed.

Free parking is available on site and pets are not permitted.

The free breakfast is served daily at 9 am, while coffee and tea are available at 7 am. The breakfast includes home baking, a hot entree, fruit and juice.

Other features of this property include a garden and patio area.

The Jackson-Triggs Niagara Estate Winery is a 4-minute drive away. The Niagara Golf Club is a 5-minute drive away, while the downtown dining and boutique shopping area is about 6 minutes away by car.
