Overview
Located about a 5-minute drive from the Horseshoe Falls and a 2-minute drive from Highway 420, the Villa Alexandrea is suitable for travellers who prefer bed-and-breakfast-style accommodations with en suite bathrooms, a free breakfast and easy highway access.

Marineland Canada is about an 11-minute drive from the hotel, while Journey Behind The Falls can be found 4 minutes away by car. Many lodgers were pleased with the hotel's location, finding it peaceful and close to the Falls, Clifton Hill, the US Border, public transit, Niagara on the Lake, shopping and restaurants. One patron noted, "Short 10 min walk to the falls area, my car stays parked for the duration of our trip. We hop on the People Mover for a discounted rate, and it's worth it. It takes u to all the major attractions".
The hotel's staff were praised by numerous reviewers, who characterized them as attentive, friendly, accommodating and helpful with suggestions and directions. One guest remarked, "Maria is such a loving, caring and very helpful owner. She took extra care of each one of her guest[s], making you feel right at home. I traveled alone but certainly didn't feel like I was set apart. From the moment she opened the door, her wonderful sweet spirit and welcoming attitude certainly beats a hotel front desk agent".
