The Good
This motel was well liked overall by guests and often considered good value.
The location was central to Falls attractions. Guests could leave their car parked and walk to everything--Clifton Hill attractions, restaurants, the falls lookout area, entertainment and shopping. Some also found the WeGo bus stop conveniently located right out front.
The service was good. Guests found the staff welcoming, friendly and efficient.
The rooms were enjoyed. Guests said they were clean, quiet, spacious, well equipped and well maintained. Beds were comfy and balconies were a nice bonus.
The Bad
There was some negative feedback found in the reviews.
Some guests were disturbed by noise. They cited street noise, excessively loud neighbours, the elevator, AC unit, squeaky beds and plumbing sounds.
Some said the rooms' decor and furnishings were dated.
Guests were often disappointed with the free breakfast for not having hot items. They said it included eggo toaster waffles, boiled eggs, toast, bagels, cereal and fruit.
