Overview
This hotel is located in walking distance of the main tourist attractions of Niagara Falls and very close to the falls lookout area. The Funicular Upper Station (offering access to the main lookout point over Niagara Falls) is a 3-minute walk away.
The smoke-free and pet-free hotel offers 42 rooms on floors 27-30 with elevator access.
All rooms include floor-to-ceiling windows, free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV with cable, a mini-fridge, a microwave, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and climate control.
Some rooms include a 2-person hot tub.
Rooms are furnished with 1 king or 1 queen bed.
Park and ride to a lot (10-minute shuttle ride) is $45 per night.
Restaurant on site: IHOP serves breakfast from 7 am to 2 pm on the 25th floor. No room service is available.

This hotel offered a quieter and more relaxing stay from the larger chain hotels in the area and guests usually found a pleasant stay.
more Guests were wowed by the spectacular views of of the US and Canadian falls from this hotel. Even corner city view rooms offer a partial view of the Falls, according to some reviewers.
Rooms (although small) offered comfy beds, a good selection of cable channels and guests found them very clean.
The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to Falls attractions, the casino for cheaper parking and dining and other area restaurants.
Guests liked the staff. Valet staff were described as attentive and desk staff were described as welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Guests said dining was good on site. They often said that Marilyn's Restaurant on the 26th floor offered amazing views and great food.

Some guests found the bathroom and rooms to be rather small in this hotel. Although many guests liked the decor, some considered it tacky and spartan. Additionally, some guests missed having certain amenities in the rooms such as coffeemakers, full-length dressing mirrors, shelf space, in-room safes and folding stands for suitcases.

Some thought the rooms needed some work. They noted: room much worse than photos online, worn carpet, a broken tub/jetted tub, chipped furniture, a hard bed, pillows too big, shower needs a shelf and the glass end table was cracked.
