Located about a 7-minute walk from Rainbow Bridge and a 10-minute walk from the Canadian Horseshoe Falls, Susan's Villa is suitable for travellers who prefer the personalized service of a Bed and Breakfast, which is also an easy walk to many attractions.

The Good
The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's location, breakfast, staff and rooms.
Numerous guests were very pleased with the hotel's location. They described it as a clean and peaceful neighbourhood, close to the Rainbow Bridge, the Falls, Clifton Hill, fireworks, downtown and local attractions.
The hotel's breakfast received raving reviews by numerous guests, who found it to be delicious, excellent, varied and plentiful. One guest seemed to sum it up by saying, "Susan makes wonderful breakfast every morning. That's the best breakfast we had in our 1-month trip in Canada".
Many patrons complimented the hotel's staff, characterizing them as welcoming, informative, friendly and accommodating. There were more than one account of how the staff went above and beyond for the guests. One traveller remarked, "We had to leave early (5:30 am) on the last day, and Susan went out of her way to prepare us sandwiches for our onward journey and leave out coffee etc. for us to help ourselves before we left.
