The Bad
There were some complaints found online in the reviews.

Some felt the hotel was priced a bit high. Extra fees were hard to take and some guests did not like being charged a resort fee for Wi-Fi and bottled water and found the parking fees expensive. One guest wrote, "Final price was much higher with all the taxes plus other hidden fees."

Some guests thought the dining was pricey and mediocre. This was mentioned periodically in the reviews, with guests complaining about the quality of food, the price of the buffets and poor service at times.

With regard to the rooms guests said: rooms were small and average, could hear plumbing sounds, window faced a wall, room had a terrible smell, very slow coffeemaker in room, no tea making facilities in the room, there was no safe in the room, TV in bathroom not working, remote did not work as per instructions, TV pixelated, room overly hot, very loud AC unit, a saggy mattress, uncomfortable pillows, stained sheets on the bed, stained towels, no hot water, poorly cleaned room and tiny bathroom.

With regard to the other hotel amenities guests said: the elevators were very slow, pool is small and crowded, hotel is old, and you can hear people screaming in the hallways.
