Overview
This hotel is located an easy walk to restaurants, 5 minutes from the Funiculars Lower Station and 15 minutes from Skylon Tower on foot. (Although the hotel is called "fallsview" all views are now obstructed by towers that are built on Fallsview Blvd.)

The Good
This hotel was very well liked by guests who left enthusiastic reviews. They seemed pleased with the value, the cleanliness of the hotel and they loved the location.
more Guests liked the rooms. They were well cleaned and spacious with high ceilings and comfy beds.
Guests thought the location was prime. It was walking distance to restaurants, shops and the Falls lookout.
Guests enjoyed the on-site restaurants. Zappi's provided above average pizza and pasta dishes as well as submarine sandwiches. Tattles offered a hot breakfast for $4.95 which made guests happy.
Guests favoured the staff. They were described as friendly, cordial and quick to help solve problems for guests.
The value was there. Guests felt the rooms were very reasonably priced, especially when compared to other hotels in the vicinity.
The Bad
Some guests offered negative feedback.
Some guests complained about the age of the property and said that the hotel and furnishings were dated, AC units had difficulty keeping up with the hot weather and rooms had a musty/mothball smell.
Parking was a surprise charge for some guests and that caused some discontent.
Occasionally a guest felt a little misled by the name of the hotel which included the word "Fallsview." One guest said that there was no view of the falls from the hotel due to the tall towers that now stood between the Rodeway Inn and the falls.
