The Good
The majority of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, with praise going to the hotel's rates, rooms and location.
The hotel's rates were praised by many reviewers. They were described as affordable, reasonable and excellent, and one guest remarked the hotel was well worth the money spent.
Numerous lodgers complimented the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, well equipped, nicely decorated and well designed, with comfortable beds. A few guests were disappointed with aspects of their rooms, however (see below).
Several guests were pleased with the hotel's location, describing it as easy to find, as well as close to shopping, restaurants and the U.S. border, which is approximately a 10-minute drive away. One reviewer stated that the location was quiet but still provided easy access to Niagara Falls attractions. It should be noted, however, that a few lodgers felt that the hotel was too far from the Falls.
The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were some common complaints about the parking and the rooms.
Several reviewers had complaints about the hotel's $13 nightly parking fee, and strongly felt it should have been included in their room rate. A couple of guests also mentioned the parking lot was tight and far from their rooms.
Finally, as noted above, although many guests enjoyed the hotel's location, a few reviewers did feel that it was too far from the Falls.
