Many guests were pleased with the location in relation to the Falls' tourist attractions. Several guests described the location as "within walking distance to everything", and mentioned it was close to the Clifton Hill entertainment and dining district.
Several guests were impressed by the value and price of the hotel, and mentioned it was worth the price. Some reviewers stated they were pleased that the price included a continental breakfast.
A number of lodgers complimented the hotel on its cleanliness, both in general areas and in their respective rooms, however some reviewers also had issues with their rooms not being clean.
The Bad
Guests responded negatively to the hotel's showers, front desk service, noise, and parking.
Many guests were disappointed with the size of the showers in their hotel rooms, stating they were too small, and they could barely fit inside. The size of the bathrooms was also described as small by a few.
Several reviewers commented on the poor and unorganized front desk service, and described the staff as unfriendly and unorganized, especially during their check-in time.
