Overview
Originally built as a 1900's flour mill, this boutique property is situated in a tourist area near the Skylon Tower. The IMAX theatre is a 2-minute walk away, while the Fallsview Casino and Niagara Falls lookouts are about 5 minutes away on foot. With only 69 rooms, this hotel is well suited for guests who prefer a smaller property, while still being able to explore popular tourist attractions on foot.

This hotel is 100% smoke-free and all 69 rooms include free Wi-Fi, a TV with pay-per-view movies, a coffeemaker, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, blackout curtains, a hair dryer and individual climate control. Rooms are furnished with two double beds, one queen bed or one king bed. Select rooms also include a fireplace.

Free parking is available on site and pets are not permitted.

The on-site dining room and lounge serves lunch and dinner. Select room packages include a free continental breakfast delivered to guest rooms via room service.

Other on-site amenities include an indoor pool, conference/meeting space, dry cleaning service, safe deposit boxes and a 24-hour front desk.

A few reviewers noticed stained carpeting in the halls. One guest said that while the condition of the carpeting did not really effect her stay, she did find it off-putting. A few guests complained that their in-room TVs were dated and had poor reception on select channels.

One reviewer was disappointed that the pool area did not include a hot tub, while another guest thought that the pool area should be open earlier in the morning (opens at 10 am).
