The Good
Guests typically enjoyed their stay at this hotel, especially for the views.

Guests liked the hotel's location. It was an easy walk from restaurants, shopping, the Falls promenade, entertainment and attractions. The WeGo bus was just outside the hotel for farther exploration.

Guests were often pleased with the rooms. They were described as very clean, spacious, well maintained and well equipped, with comfortable beds and incredible views of the Falls.

The hotel's staff were often appreciated. Guests found them polite, friendly and efficient. Some thought they were top notch.

While some guests said they found the dining impressive, others said it was fine by not overly impressive. One guest wrote, "The breakfast is just ok. They need to get those serving containers warmer as the food is always tepid."

The Bad
Guests complained along a few themes.

Some guests found the hotel expensive. They mentioned dining and alcoholic beverages at the restaurant, valet parking charges, bottled water in the room, exchange rates for currency exchange and the day spa. Some complained of a "promotional tax" being charged which was charged as though mandatory, but was optional.

There were some complaints about the rooms: room was dated, cable not working an entire day, not enough electrical outlets and some didn't work, shower was small, not enough hot water for the entire shower, no microwave in the room, AC unit did not cool the room well, no mini-fridge in the room but a wine chiller, and the bed was uncomfortable with unsupportive pillows. Some guests were missing amenities in their rooms as well such as safes, desks and chairs.

Occasionally guests found the staff unhelpful. One guest complained about the tour information desk which she said was unhelpful and only interested in selling the Marriott packages. Another reviewer said they were the only couple not served at the bar.

There were some noise complaints from: maids slamming doors early in the morning, the elevator, water pipes and renovations at the hotel.

The club room was just okay. One guest put it like this, "They hardly replenished the water bottles and we had to constantly ask for water and snacks." Another said it was a very small room filled with people.
