Overview
This motel is located on Lundy's Lane, next to Waves Indoor Waterpark and Oh Canada Eh? Dinner Theatre. The attractions of Clifton Hill are a 10-minute drive away and guests can make their way to the Falls and area attractions via the WeGo bus with stops just outside the motel.

All rooms include free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV with cable, a tea kettle, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a table and chairs, a hair dryer and climate control.
Rooms are furnished with 2 double beds or 1 queen bed. Guests can request an iron and ironing board from the front desk.
Free parking is available on site.
There is no restaurant on site, but guests will find Carriage House Restaurant and Boston Pizza within a 4-minute walk.
Hotel amenities include a 24-hour front desk, BBQ grills and picnic area, a playground and ticket assistance.

The Good
Many guests enjoyed this newly renovated motel on Lundy's Lane.
It was well located. This section of Lundy's Lane offered groceries, a Tim Hortons, McDonalds and the WeGo bus in walking distance and getting to the Falls attractions was an easy bus ride or drive away. One recent guest said there was a good breakfast restaurant next door.
The staff were well liked. They were pleasant, polite and helpful. Guests said they helped them find free parking at Clifton Hill.
The price was right. Several wanted to make this the place to return to when coming back to Niagara Falls.
The rooms were clean. Guests seemed quite satisfied with the newly renovated rooms. They had nice new furnishings, tiled or wood floors and were well maintained. Some were pleased with a mini-fridge and microwave in the room.
Wi-Fi was rated as very good overall in guest surveys.
The Bad
It was hard to find complaints after the renos were done.
There was the odd mention of no coffeemakers in the rooms, no hooks for hanging clothes in the bathroom and no black out blinds.
Some wished the outdoor pool was ready (renovated) for use and noted that the exterior was in need of some updates.
