Overview
This motel is located on Lundy's Lane, a 14-minute drive from the Horseshoe Falls. The WeGo bus stop to and from the Falls is a minute's walk away.

The motel has 84 smoke-free rooms over 2 floors with no elevator

All rooms include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, a TV, a coffeemaker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and climate control. 

Some rooms include a sofabed, a desk and a 2-person hot tub. Microwaves and mini-fridges are available upon request for $10 per night.

Rooms are furnished with 2 queen beds or 1 king bed.

Free parking is available on site for cars and oversize vehicles. 

Pets are welcome for $20 per pet, per night.

Free continental breakfast is served in the hotel's restaurant.

Restaurant on site: Karmas Indian Restaurant serves Indian cuisine for lunch and dinner daily. Room service is available during restaurant hours.

Off-site restaurants: Several restaurants are located immediately surrounding the hotel (Tim Hortons, Mai Thai, Lakeport Fish & Chips, Scoops & More, La Farina Bakery).

The Good
Reviews were mixed, with some guests thinking this motel offered a satisfactory stay for the cheaper price charged and some guests not liking it at all.

Guests who felt this was a decent place to stay usually found it to offer a clean and comfortable room with a  good continental breakfast included in the rate which guests described as having fruit, waffles, toast, muffins, juice, coffee and tea.

The location was well liked for being quiet, having good highway access, not too far from attractions and being close to good restaurants.

Some guests spoke well of the staff. They described them as pleasant and very friendly.

The Bad
Guests who found the hotel unsatisfactory complained along several themes.

These guests found rooms that appeared dirty to them. They pointed to stained blankets and uphostered furniture, dusty surfaces, gross floors, stained walls and ceilings (some with black mould), filthy carpet, and unpleasant odours (described as foul, smokey, musty, or heavy deodorant).

Some said the rooms were dated. Guests mentioned old bathrooms, non-working amenities, old TVs, saggy mattresses, poor lighting, worn furniture, peeling wallpaper and old AC units that were loud and not sufficiently adjustable.

Poor Wi-Fi was another commonly held issue. Some said Wi-Fi did not reach all parts of the motel, it took a long time to connect only to frequently become disconnected. 

Poor TV reception was also mentioned along with no cable channels.  One guest provided more information, "Television consisted of 10 channels most of which either had no sound or were annoying with static sounds."

Noise was another problem for guests who mentioned loud heaters, plumbing sounds and sounds from neighbourings rooms.

Breakfast was unappealing to some guests. One guest put it like this, "The continental breakfast was shabby the dining area was not properly clean."

Some felt the motel was overpriced. One guest wrote, "Not worth the 100$ for the night."
