The Good
The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with praise going to the hotel's rates, rooms and location.
The hostel's rates were praised by numerous guests. They described them as reasonable, budget friendly and great.
Many lodgers were pleased with their accommodations at the hostel. They found their rooms to be clean, spacious and quiet, with efficient air conditioning, reliable Wi-Fi and comfortable beds.
Some reviewers were satisfied with the hostel's location. They described it as close to public transit, the Niagara River, Buffalo, hiking trails, downtown Niagara Falls, the Greyhound Bus Terminal and the VIA Rail Station. One patron noted, "Its perfectly located for someone arriving by a GO train/bus like we did. It's also not too far from the falls, we had our bicycles so it was only about 5 min away...". Some travellers had complaints about the hostel's location, however (see below).
The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints about the hotel's location.
Although some guests praised the hostel's proximity to the Greyhound and VIA Rail stations, some reviewers were disappointed with the hostel's location, finding it too far from the Falls and other attractions (especially for pedestrians). One patron remarked, "On the negatives, the location is not ideal. It's close to the Greyhound station, but far from anything else. You have to walk more than 30 mins to get to the falls and to the closest supermarket". Guests with vehicle access may be more likely to appreciate the location.
