The Good
Reviewers offered mixed opinions of the hotel, with some thinking it was worth the lower price and others thinking it did not deliver the value expected for the cost.
Guests agreed that the location was good. It was quiet and away from the busy Niagara Falls zone and in walking distance to restaurants, the WeGo bus stop and the Canada One Outlet Mall.
Guests typically liked the staff. They were friendly, greeted guests when they returned at night and were knowledgeable of the area.
Some guests described their rooms as clean, spacious and comfortable.
The Bad
There were a lot of complaints posted online from guests.
There were many complaints about the rooms. Guests reported improperly cleaned rooms and bathrooms, hard mattresses, dated decor, old dirty bedspreads, stained carpets, stained and old sheets, foul and smoke odours, mouldy bathrooms, plumbing issues, no hot water for showering in the morning, showers changing from hot to cold, and difficulty regulating the in-room temperature.
Several guests found the pool too cold and some did not like how it was open to the view of the people in the lobby.
Many guests complained about a very poor Wi-Fi signal and limited TV channels.
There were some noise complaints which came from: traffic noise, plumbing sounds, AC units, partiers in the hallways, banging doors and music and guests from the front lobby.
