Overview
The Comfort Inn Fallsview is approximately a 5 minute walk east of the Falls and features a heated indoor swimming pool, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, and a sundeck.
more A breakfast buffet is offered to guests of the hotel and is served in the Country Chalet restaurant which is open daily from 6:00am to 1:00pm. The on-site My Cousin Vinny's restaurant serves Italian/American cuisine and is open daily from 11:00am to midnight. This restaurant also features live entertainment which includes jazz, blues, and latin music.
Standard guest rooms have either 1 queen size bed, 2 double beds, or 2 queen size beds. Whirlpool Suites, Family Rooms, and 2 Bedroom Family Suites are also available and all rooms are equipped with private balconies, cable televisions, coffee makers, hairdryers, and irons with ironing boards. Breakfast, WiFi, and local calls are all included with the room rates and this hotel charges a nightly $12.00 parking fee per vehicle.

more Many guests were displeased with the hotel's parking surcharge and felt that as guests of the hotel parking ought to be included with the room rates. Another guest mentioned that for a simple outdoor parking lot the fee was too high.
Some guests felt that the free breakfast buffet could have had a better selection and a few guests also mentioned that the dining area was too small which caused long line ups for those guests needing a seat.
Several guests had issues with the wireless Internet service and said they either received a poor signal or that the WiFi didn't work at all.
A number of guests were disappointed with their view of the Falls and stated that there was only actually a partial view.
Peripheral complaints from a few guests were that the hotel was too noisy and some said that perhaps the walls were too thin as they could hear conversations in neighbouring rooms as well as noise from the on-site restaurant.
