This hotel is located near Hwy 401 (5 minutes) and Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), about 8 minutes' drive. Downtown Toronto is 30 to 50 minutes' drive.
The hotel has 171 smoke-free rooms over 3 floors with elevator access.
All rooms include free Wi-Fi, free wired Internet, free local calls, a 42” flat screen TV with cable, a coffeemaker, a kitchenette (stove top), a living area with sofabed, a dining area, a desk with ergonomic chair, iPod dock, a safe, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, bathrobe, windows that open and climate control.
Some rooms include 1 or 2 separate bedrooms, 2 or 3 TVs, a living room, a kitchen (stove with oven) and a dining table. Accessible rooms are available.

Rooms were clean, quiet and spacious with comfortable beds. Guests often appreciated having kitchens or kitchenettes in their rooms that were well stocked.

Breakfast included eggs, hash browns and sausage, and guests seemed to appreciate it.

Other comments found were: airport shuttle only ran until 11 pm, one guest complained of a cold shower in Room #140 between 6 am and 7:30 am due to an issue the hotel is experiencing (the hotel offered to move him or provide a shower from another neighbouring room and are looking to rectify this issue).
