Reviews were mixed with some guests feeling positively and others quite negative about the hotel.
Guests who liked the hotel, usually were pleased with the price point and considered it to offer good value.
Although the hotel is older and basic, some guests found very clean and renovated rooms, which were usually described as average, comfy and spacious. These guests considered it a good place to sleep, or good for a short stay.
Another positive for guests was the location, which they found convenient to nearby shopping and restaurants, corporate offices and Credit Valley Hospital.
Some guests praised the staff. They were described as courteous, polite and helpful.
The free breakfast was mentioned as a standard hot continental offering with good variety, and was mostly appreciated for being free. Guests also appreciated having plenty of room to park, and free working Wi-Fi at the hotel.
