Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. Guests were often pleased to not hear planes although the hotel was across from the airport.
The location was convenient to the airport, major highways, shopping malls, and good restaurant choices in walking distance.

Guests enjoyed the restaurant. They spoke of delicious meals, a good atmosphere, menu selection, properly prepared drinks, attentive service and a spacious dining room. It was also open late (until midnight).

Noise disturbance was mentioned on occasion. Guests heard water pipes, others in the hallway, voices and TV from neighbouring rooms, the exit door slamming and other guests talking through room doors while passing by in the hallway.
Other comments found were: no free breakfast, no hot tub, pool was cold, annoying having to pay for Wi-Fi, and accessing the parking lot was awkward and frustrating.
