All rooms include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, free (limited) bottled water, a flat screen TV with cable and pay-per-view movies, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a desk, an iron and ironing board, and climate control. Rooms are furnished with 2 double beds, 1 queen or 1 king bed. Room extras include a mini-kitchen (mini-fridge, microwave, sink with counter), a fireplace, a separate living room and bedroom, a 2-person jacuzzi tub (located in the bathroom) and bathrobes.

The Good
Guests seemed to enjoy their stay and left many positive comments in the reviews online.
Many guests enjoyed the rooms. They were described as clean, spacious and well-appointed with modern furniture. Several reviewers were also well pleased with the comfort of their beds.
Several reviewers found the location convenient. Guests mentioned having easy access to highways, restaurants, a shopping plaza, a movie theatre, a Tim Hortons and nearby offices.
Several guests found good food at the restaurant, although there were complaints about it as well.
The Bad
There were some complaints found in the reviews, where the hotel fell short for some guests.
With regard to the rooms, guests found the hotel to need some repair or renovation. Complaints included a broken bathroom door lock, a water-stained wall, an old ironing board pad, a broken drawer in the bathroom that landed on a guest's foot, non-working air conditioning and a musty smell or cleaning chemical smell in the room.
Sometimes the staff failed to meet guest expectations. More than one guest said he was pressured by the maid who wanted the guest to leave or know the time of departure, so she could clean the room. Another found unhelpful desk staff when he tried to get a later check out, even though he was amenable to paying an extra charge. Another guest booked a king room and was not accommodated.
Some found noise disturbances. Complaints included renovation repairs in the room next door preventing sleep, noisy neighbours, a loud TV in a neighbouring room, slamming doors in the hallways, and noisy AC units.
A few guests found the restaurant priced too high and occasionally guests also complained about the cost and quality of the breakfast buffet.
