This hotel is located just off Hwy 401 and offers a free airport shuttle a 12-minute drive from Pearson International Airport (YYZ).

Some guests enjoyed their stay, although the newly updated hotel was still ironing out some wrinkles in their service.

Location was good. It had a variety of restaurants a 2- to 12-minute walk away and guests found it handy to the airport, about 15 minutes away by shuttle.
Staff were friendly and accommodating, but the front desk did not operate smoothly with seemingly inexperienced staff.

Not everyone had a perfect stay and there were some weak spots noted.

Other comments found: long waits for the airport shuttle, room service messed up the order twice, breakfast was expensive, gym lacked balls and pads, no ice or vending machines for 24-hour availability of snacks, no one (bell hop) to help with luggage and the location was a little far from the airport.

Although guests were very happy to have extended parking while they were on vacation, it was noted that the parking garage did not have video surveillance. On occasion, cars were stolen while guests were on vacation, plus one guest had his license plates stolen and another had his car door scratched. These type of complaints appeared online during the time period between 2012 and 2016.
