The Bad
Although this hotel seemed to be well pleasing to a lot of guests, several guests had negative feedback to offer.
Some guests thought the hotel was a little isolated from shopping, public transit and restaurants.
Although many guests seemed to enjoy the hotel's Bistro offerings, the occasional guest wished it was more of a made-from-scratch affair and provided room service.
The odd guest complained about noise and the culprits were a noisy heating unit, noise transfer from soccer teams and music in adjacent rooms, traffic from the nearby highway.
Reviews were mixed about the newness of amenities. It may be that some rooms are renovated and some yet to be, as a very few guests complained about the need to improve amenities and refurbish some areas.
Last of all, there were a few guests that were disappointed that there was no free breakfast on offer.
