Overview
This hotel is located within a 2-minute drive of Highway 401. The White Oaks Mall (one of the largest malls in south-western Ontario) and a local business park are both located within a 1-minute drive of this property. Offering a business centre, in-room desks and free Wi-Fi, this property may appeal to business travellers.

Both smoking and non-smoking accommodations are available. All rooms include free Wi-Fi, a TV with pay-per-view movies, a microwave, a mini-fridge, an iron and ironing board, a desk and ergonomic chair, a hair dryer, a coffeemaker and individual climate control. Rooms are furnished with two double beds, two queen beds or one king bed. Suites provide more spacious accommodations and are furnished with one king bed and a sofabed.

This hotel has two floors and no elevator. Free parking is available on site and pets are permitted for an additional fee of $10 per pet, per night (maximum of two pets per room).

The on-site Chelsea's Restaurant and lounge serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Room service is also available.

The Bad
Many guests expressed disappointment with the condition of their rooms, among the reviews sourced for this editorial. Reviewers described many aspects of their room that were in need of repair, including a cracked sink, faulty electrical outlets, drafty windows, a broken flush handle on a toilet, peeling wallpaper, and noisy, ineffective climate control units. 

A couple of guests said that they expected better room quality from the Ramada brand and a couple of other guests noticed broken equipment and disconnected TVs in the fitness centre.

Several reviewers complained about smelling cigarette smoke in the halls. 

There were a few other complaints that were shared by a couple of guests, including the exterior security doors did not lock properly, conversations and TV noise could be heard in neighbouring rooms and no on-site elevator. A couple of other guests complained that the pool was not open for the duration of their stay.

While several guests enjoyed the food at the on-site restaurant, as mentioned above, a couple of reviewers thought that the food was poor and that the dining room was understaffed.
