The Good
Guest reviews sourced for this analysis showed positive responses towards the hotel's location, rates and rooms.

The hotel's location was praised by many travellers. They described it as being central and downtown, as well as close to shopping, restaurants, a laundromat, the VIA Rail Station, Budweiser Gardens and Covent Garden Market.

Numerous reviewers were pleased with the hotel's rates. They were found to be reasonable, low, cheap and outstanding.

Some guests were satisfied with their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, quiet, updated and spacious. It should be mentioned, however, that some patrons were disappointed with their lodgings (see below).
The Bad
Guest critiques consulted for this review showed negative responses towards the hotel's rooms, parking and staff.

Although some guests were satisfied with their updated and spacious rooms, some reviewers were disappointed with their accommodations. They reported weak Wi-Fi signals, no cooking utensils in kitchenette rooms, some cleaning issues, inefficient air-conditioning units and no in-room coffeemakers.

The hotel's lack of on-site parking was an issue for a few reviewers. They reported having to leave the hotel early in the morning to "feed the metre", which they found to be very inconvenient.

While some lodgers found the staff to be helpful, a few patrons complained there was no front desk staff after 8 pm.
