The Bad
There were some areas that guests felt could be improved.

Some felt the hotel’s rooms were quite basic and small, reminiscent of a university dorm and less like a hotel.

Some of the rooms on the higher floors or wings of the building were in need of updates according to guests.

Recent room complaints were: room smelled musty, rugs needed replacing, walls were cracked and needed painting, ceiling tiles were stained, only 1 cup provided for coffee in the room occupied by 2 guests and bathroom and carpeting needed better cleaning.

Recent hotel complaints were: some hallways and wings were older and tired and needed updating and maintenance, and there was no elevator to floors 5 and 6 or certain wings of the building.
