Located about a 3-minute drive from Jordan's city centre just off Highway 81, the Jordan House Hotel is geared towards travellers who prefer a centrally located hotel with on-site dining, a spa and wellness centre and easy highway access.

Each of the hotel's air-conditioned guest rooms offers free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a coffeemaker, a desk, a bathrobe for each guest and a hair dryer. Irons and ironing boards are available upon request and the hotel is not wheelchair accessible. All rooms are non-smoking.

Hotel amenities include a spa and wellness centre, a business centre, free parking and on-site dining at Jordan Tavern, which serves lunch and dinner daily. Guests also receive preferred reservations at the hotel's sister restaurant, Inn on The Twenty (located just down the street), which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Pets are not permitted.

Cave Springs Cellars is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, while the Town of Lincoln's Jordan Historical Museum can be found 4 minutes away on foot. The hotel's location was praised by many lodgers. They described it as downtown and central, as well as close to restaurants, Niagara wine country, a cheese factory, St. Catharine's and Hamilton.

Numerous reviewers enjoyed the hotel's tavern. They found it to be charming with excellent food, friendly service, a great atmosphere and reasonable prices.

Several guests were pleased with the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, modern, spacious and well decorated, with large bathrooms. A few patrons had complaints about their lodgings, however (see below).
The Bad
