While there were a couple guests who felt the rooms were updated, several guests did not. They felt the rooms were stale and dated and were not impressed with the accommodations.
Additionally, some guests claimed the bathrooms were not clean upon their arrival and described the bathrooms as dirty and dated. One reviewer claimed there was mould on the floor while another described the tiles as gross.
The on-site restaurant became a source of inconvenience for a couple guests. They were not happy to find the restaurant was closed throughout the duration of their stay and the staff could not give any information on when the restaurant would re-open. As noted above, the restaurant was confirmed to be closed "until further notice" as of April 1, 2013.
