Overview
This property is a student residence building on the campus of Seneca College and is open to the public during the summer months only (May through August).

Located within a 13-minute walk of Seneca College Campus and the college recreational facility on Lake Seneca, this property is well suited for guests looking to access campus destinations.

This property is smoke free. All rooms have two bedrooms and include free Wi-Fi, free calling within Canada, a TV, an en suite bathroom, a kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave and sink) and air conditioning. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are available.

Parking is available on site for an additional fee of $5 per night and pets are not permitted.

A free continental breakfast is served daily from 7 am to 10 am. This property does not have an on-site restaurant.

Other on-site amenities include a 24-hour front desk, guest laundry facilities and common lounge areas on each floor.

Access to Highway 400 and the King Township Museum are both about 8 minutes away by car, while Upper Canada Mall is a 15-minute drive away. Canada's Wonderland, an amusement park, the Elvis Stojko Arena, and the Elman W. Campbell Museum are all about 20 minutes away by car.
