This hotel is situated within a commercial area of Guelph and is less than a 1-minute drive from Hanlon Parkway or Highway 6 (a major thoroughfare in Guelph). This property is well-suited for both business travellers and tourists who prefer to explore the Guelph area by car.

This property is 100% smoke-free and all 88 rooms and suites include free Wi-Fi, a desk and ergonomic chair, a flat screen TV with pay-per-view movies, an iPod dock, an iron and ironing board, a mini-fridge, a coffeemaker and air conditioning. Rooms are furnished with either 2 queen beds or 1 king bed. Select king bed rooms include a jetted tub. Suites at this property offer separate living and bedroom areas, a sofabed and a microwave.

Free parking is available on site and pets are not permitted.

A free breakfast is served from 6:30 am to 9:30 am on weekdays and from 7 am to 10 am on weekends.

Many guests described their rooms as clean and well maintained. Several reviewers thought that their rooms were well appointed with modern furnishings and bathroom fixtures. Several guests found their beds to be comfortable and a couple of reviewers said that their rooms were spacious.

The staff were frequently complimented and guests described the front desk agents as friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

Many guests praised the food and the selection at the free breakfast. More than one guests said they enjoyed the make-your-own waffles and breakfast burritos. Another guest said that the free breakfast at this property was "far superior to any other hotel I have stayed at".

Isolated complaints included: no on-site restaurant, room was not ready at check-in time, and hotel was difficult to locate from the Hanlon Parkway.
