Overview
This hotel offers a number of on-site amenities (two golf courses, hiking/biking trails, four outdoor pools, five tennis courts, a recreation centre, a beach and a spa ) and is popular with guests who seek a host of on-site amenities or who are celebrating a special occasion.

All of the 84 rooms at this hotel have free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, a balcony, a coffeemake, a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board. Standard rooms offer the choice of king or queen bed(s). Some rooms have a mini-fridge and/or a fireplace. More spacious suites with king beds are available. There are also chalets that offer two, three or four bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave) and laundry facilities. Pets are not allowed at this hotel.

Guests can dine on site at Elements, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The Boathouse (a lakeside patio) is open during the summer months, serving lunch and dinner daily. There is also a culinary theatre, which offers interactive cooking classes and dining, as well as wine pairings. There is a lounge and a pub for guests looking to unwind with a drink. Free parking is available on site.

Based on the reviews used for this analysis, guests generally had a positive experience staying at this hotel. They were most impressed with the hotel's location and with the appearance of the rooms.

Guests praised this hotel's waterfront location and were particularly impressed with the views from many of the rooms and common areas in the hotel. 

Rooms were spacious, clean and bright and guests appreciated the contemporary decor. They felt that the rooms looked modern, fresh and well-kept.

Staff were friendly and attentive, with keen focus on guest needs. 

Guests praised the food served in the on-site restaurant. They said that the food was delicious and that portions were generous. One guest described the menu as innovative.

The vast majority of reviews used for this analysis were positive. Guest criticism was rare, but there were a handful of isolated complaints.

The main complaint from a number of guests was price. A few guests felt that their room rate was exceptionally high. Some guests complained that the food in the on-site restaurant was also exceptionally expensive. Another guest complained that the wine list was overpriced.

Guests travelling with children complained about the lack of child-friendly options at the hotel (no children's menu at the on-site restaurants and restrictive rules about toys in the pool area).
