Located about a 3-minute drive from Gananoque's city centre and a 6-minute drive from the nearest Highway 401 on-ramp, the Victoria Rose Inn is geared towards road travellers who prefer a historical and centrally located hotel with free Wi-Fi and easy highway access.

Built in 1872, each of the hotel's air-conditioned guest rooms offers a private bathroom, free Wi-Fi, a ceiling fan and a hair dryer. Rooms with a desk, a fireplace, a balcony, a sitting area with a sofabed and a jetted tub are also available. All rooms are non-smoking and the hotel is not wheelchair accessible.

The hotel also offers a garden, free coffee and biscuits, a meeting room, a common living room (with TV, games and books) and free parking. Pets are not permitted.

The Gananoque Municipal Marina can be found about a 6-minute walk away, while the Thousand Islands Playhouse can be found 3 minutes away by car. Many lodgers enjoyed the hotel's downtown location. They found it close to restaurants, shopping, Gananoque Municipal Marina and the Thousand Islands Playhouse.
