Overview
The Cambridge Hotel and Conference centre is 3 minutes from Highway 401 and offers 10,000 square feet of meeting space as well as deluxe rooms and suites. This hotel is an ideal choice for travellers who seek accommodations with a popular restaurant, near highway and shopping with conference and event facilities as well as the option of larger suites.

All of the 138 rooms or suites at this non-smoking hotel include free Wi-Fi, a 42" LCD TV, a coffeemaker, an over sized work desk and an iron and ironing board.  Room extras include a mini-fridge, a microwave, a separate bedroom, double sofabed, kitchenette and an over sized bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. All room types offer queen or king beds. Pets are permitted for $50 per stay.

Guests can dine on site at the Bruce Restaurant, serving lunch and dinner daily. A buffet breakfast is served daily to hotel guests for $12 plus tax per person when ordered the day before through the front desk. (Walk in customers to the restaurant are charged $15 plus tax.) For guests who prefer to dine off site, this hotel is literally surrounded by restaurants within a few minutes' walk. On-site amenities include free parking and a golf simulator.

This hotel is near Highway 401 (less than a 5-minute drive). There are a number of activity-based attractions nearby, such as African Lion Safari (just under a 25-minute drive away) and the Chicopee Tubing Park (tubing in the winter, ziplining in the summer), which is just under a 15-minute drive away. The Good
The bulk of reviews used for this analysis were full of praise and guests were particularly impressed with the customer service and with the cleanliness and general appearance of the rooms.

Staff were exceptional, according to guests. Staff routinely went above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. There was a sense from guests that staff placed their needs as top priority. Guests described staff as efficient, helpful and warm.

Guests praised the rooms and said that they were clean (a few guests said spotless), bright, modern and comfortably laid out. Reviewers also said that rooms were spacious and that there was adequate room to suit their needs.

Guests liked this hotel's proximity to the 401 (less than a 5-minute drive) and said that it was conveniently close and that the hotel was easy to locate. They also said that the hotel was close to shopping.

A couple of guests said that the beds were comfortable.

The Bad
The overwhelming majority of reviews used for this analysis were favourable. There were a couple of complaints repeated among the reviews read.

A couple of guests complained of noisy A/C units and one guest could not regulate the temperature in the room.

Although many guests loved the breakfast buffet, there were a couple of guests who did not like the food on the day of their stay.
