The Good
Recent guests were often pleased with several aspects of their stay.
more Guests liked their rooms. They were often described as clean and updated with nice furniture, many plugs and USB ports for charging electronics, and comfortable beds. Some rooms on the higher floors have full or partial views of the lake as well as the trees of the park which guests really enjoyed.
Guests loved the location. It was an easy 5-minute walk of restaurants, bars, festivals and some boutique shops and also near a beautiful waterfront area where there are nice walking trails and a pier alongside a large park.
Staff were well liked. They were often mentioned by name and appreciated for their upbeat, friendly service at the front desk.

Some guests enjoyed the free hot breakfast with nice pastries and meals at the on-site pub which also had beautiful views of the lake.
The Bad
Guests also posted some complaints online.
Guests were often disappointed in the “lake view” rooms booked that they said overlooked a rooftop of air conditioners and a parking lot, were underground, or had partial views of the lake, mostly obstructed by trees.
Some guests complained of noise. They blamed older AC or heating units and other guests in the hallways, in adjoining rooms and those using the nearby elevators.
Guests sometimes complained of poor Wi-Fi reception.
Although some guests liked the food offered on site, guests also complained about the breakfast and restaurant dining. It appeared to some guests as artificial tasting as in pre-packaged and pre-made foods that they thought were only heated at the restaurant (and not cooked fresh).
