Overview
The Travelodge Brockville is located just off Highway 401 and a 5-minute drive from Brockville's city centre in the 1000 Islands region of the St Lawrence River which offers a wide range of outdoor activities.
more This smoke-free hotel has 70 rooms that all provide free Wi-Fi, free local calls, cable TV, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a desk with ergonomic chair, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and climate control. Rooms are furnished with 2 twin beds, 1 queen bed, 1 double and 1 twin, or 1 king bed. Room extras include a microwave and the hotel offers a suite with a 2-person jacuzzi. Accessible rooms are also available.
There is free outdoor parking on site for cars and oversize vehicles. Pets are welcomed at $15 per night.
A free continental breakfast is offered daily to guests and includes a variety of fruit juices, coffee, cold cereals, oatmeal, bagels, pastries and fresh fruit.
The hotel also has a computer in the lobby for guest use, an exercise room and meeting/event facilities on site. Dry-cleaning is available for guests at an extra cost. This hotel does not have an elevator.

Guests typically found the staff pleasant and willing to help. A recent guest told of how the staff came outside in the winter and helped her push her car up a ramp.
Some guests appreciated the lower price point of this hotel and considered it to provide a decent overnight stay for the price. For some the hotel was basic, but clean and provided an overnight shelter while driving through.
The Bad
Negative comments came from guests who found this hotel just a little too old and lacking the level of cleanliness they expected for comfort.
