The Good
The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's rooms, breakfast and staff.

Numerous guests enjoyed the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, quiet, spacious, unique, nicely appointed and modern, with comfortable beds and beautiful views of the lake. A few patrons had complaints about their rooms, however (see below).

The hotel's free breakfast was praised by many lodgers, who described it as tasty, fresh and delicious, with many hot and cold items. One guest noted, "Breakfast is buffet style but don't let that deter you. This morning's offerings were homemade breads (banana mango), delicious, thick french toast with REAL maple syrup and homemade jams, baked eggs, fresh thick bacon, and a variety of cereals. The coffee and juices balanced the meal perfectly". The breakfast was criticized by a few patrons, however (see below).

Several reviewers complimented the hotel's staff, characterizing them as friendly, accommodating and helpful with recommendations. One patron remarked, "The staff and hosts are very friendly, helpful and strive to accommodate and make the stay as enjoyable as possible".

The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few complaints about the hotel's rooms and free breakfast.

Although the majority of guests were pleased with their spacious and nicely appointed rooms, a few patrons complained about their lodgings. They reported the water smelling like sulphur (the inn uses well water), some cleaning issues, small TVs or no TVs in the rooms and slow Wi-Fi signals.

While the bulk of reviewers enjoyed the quality and variety of the hotel's breakfast, a few lodgers were disappointed with it. They reported a lack of staffing, limited seating, and items not being replenished in a timely manner.
