Overview
This suburban hotel is located within walking distance of a number of restaurants and Bramrose Square Shopping Centre (15-minute walk). This hotel suits travellers who seek suburban accommodations with easy access to shopping and restaurants.

All of the 61 rooms at this non-smoking hotel have free Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a 32" flat screen TV, a coffeemaker, a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board. Guests can choose between standard rooms (king or queen beds) or more spacious suites (jetted tub, king bed with sofabed). Pets are not permitted at this hotel.

While there is no on-site restaurant, guests are offered a complimentary continental breakfast daily. Guests can walk to a wide selection of restaurants nearby (within a 5-minute walk). On-site amenities include free parking and a gym.

The Rose Theatre (live theatre and concert venue) is within a 20-minute walk, or 5-minute drive, of the hotel. Wild Water Kingdom (family-oriented waterpark, open seasonally) is just over a 15-minute drive away. The Good
The majority of reviews used for this analysis were positive. Guests really liked staff at this hotel and the hotel's location.

Guests praised friendly, personable staff who went the extra mile to make guests feel at home during their stay. 

Location was a positive factor for a number of guests who appreciated being within walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants and to shopping (Bramrose Square is just under a 15-minute walk away). A number of guests felt that this hotel was within reasonable distance to Toronto (a 35-minute drive).

Guests said that rooms were clean, bright and nicely decorated. Linens and bedding were fresh.

Several guests commented favourably on this hotel's price and said that they had received good value for their money.

The Bad
While the bulk of reviews used for this analysis were positive, guests did have a few complaints in common. 

Some guests complained of stained carpets, dusty rooms and being given rooms that were cold (heat was off) when they checked in.

There were several comments from guests who felt that the walls were thin and did little to block noise coming from guests in adjacent rooms and from the hallways. A couple of guests complained about noisy, rattling air conditioning units.

There were some peripheral comments from guests about antiquated equipment in the gym and from some guests who suggested that the TVs in the rooms were aging and needed to be replaced.
